Frequently Asked Questions
What is your facility like?
We pride ourselves on being an inviting, relaxing, comfortable, and spacious environment for you and your family. We are also located in an up-scale location where you may find several other pregnancy needs.
Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance because this is a non-medical, elective photoshoot.
Are family and friends welcome to join?
Yes! Pregnancy is a beautiful process that can be tough too! We want everyone to see the miracle you are making.
How can I pay for the ultrasound?
We currently accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
When do I get my 3D/4D pictures and videos?
As soon as your session has ended. Most 3D/ 4D packages come with a Babyflix account which will safely hold your baby images for life. You will be able to access these 24/7 and even send out links for family and friends to enjoy.
Will my doctor be contacted about the 3D/4D ultrasound?
Under normal circumstances we will not contact your provider, however, if the technician has trouble interpreting information, they may ask you to schedule a follow up and/or contact your provider, so that you may receive the best care possible. Your ultrasound with Imaging Baby LLC is in no way meant to be diagnostic or for medical purposes.
What if we are not able to get images?
It is always our commitment to you to get the best images possible however, in the circumstance that baby is not in a position that allows for this, we will ask you to return within 14 days for a follow up scan.
What if my baby is breech?
This is the hardest position to scan and can result in rescans once baby turns.
If I am overweight will I be able to get clear ultrasound images?
Sure! We would encourage you to drink A LOT of water to get the best possible images. It is also encouraged for you to wait until 30-34 weeks for the best possible pictures.
